DISCOUNTS

Custom Frames
A quantity discount of 5-10% will apply on orders of 10 or more frames, depending upon which molding is selected.

No sales tax for buyers with an authorized resellers tax number in the state where the orders will be shipped and a resellers tax certificate is on file with us.

SHIPPING

Oversize/Freight shipping charges will apply to all orders including frames 24 x 30 and larger.

Shipments will be sent UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Expedited service available at additional charge.

We accept checks and credit cards through Paypal.  When you place your order, we will send you an invoice via email though Paypal.  You do not have to have a Paypal account. Simply open the invoice and follow the instructions to pay with your credit card through Paypal's secure server.

RETURNS and DAMAGES

Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on delivery receipt. We are not liable for loss or damage by common carrier. Save the original packaging in the event of damage so that you can file a proper claim with the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to carrier as soon as it is discovered.

Claims for damaged frames must be made to our office within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Custom frames are nonreturnable if they have no damage upon receipt.
